Refund Policy

  1. Overview
    This Refund Policy explains refunds for Aomark subscriptions and related purchases processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

  2. Refund window
    You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

  3. Subscriptions and cancellations
    You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. No refunds are provided for unused time in a subscription period after cancellation.

  4. How to request a refund
    Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, use Paddle’s buyer support channels (the “Request a refund” option from your Paddle receipt/checkout), or email us at contact@aomark.io and we will direct you to the correct Paddle flow.
